When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the API, we log the number of requests made per day to enforce usage limits. We do not store the text content submitted for analysis beyond what is needed to process the request.
Your email is used for account authentication and to communicate important service updates. Usage counts are used solely to enforce daily limits and monitor service health. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies store a session token, your email, and an expiry timestamp. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Text you send to the /api/detect endpoint is processed in memory to generate a detection score. It is not stored, logged, or used for model training.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. API tokens are generated as cryptographically random strings. We use standard security practices, though no system is perfectly secure.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. Daily usage logs are cleared automatically after 30 days.
